IN PRACTICE
Working across startups, scale-ups and large organisations, we've designed, built and stabilised technology and product platforms, supporting complex transformations. The examples below reflect a selection of that work, spanning governance, delivery, innovation and organisational change.

Tech Function Review
A targeted review of Home Loan Experts' technology systems and function yielded confirmation of significant strengths, tactical advice on quick wins, and a roadmap of strategic recommendations to level up its return on technology investment with a clear path forward and buy-in from key stakeholders for the change. This work reflects an approach to bring clarity, governance and practical direction to complex technology environments.
Leap in!
Under Jane's stewardship, Leap in! grew in 5 years from a greenfield startup to Australia's largest NFP plan manager. Recognised on the AFR Most Innovative Company, Deloite Tech Fast 50 lists and Brisbane's Lord Mayor's Business Awards, the Leap in! experience and market-leading efficiency was enabled by its unique technology platform, providing delightful mainstream and accessible experiences to people with disabilities.
This experience continues to shape our approach to building and scaling technology and product platforms in complex, regulated environments.

Architecture Co-design
As a lead consultant, Jane worked with the ABC's Digital Networks to co-design a reference architecture and an agreed way of working, adopting agile principles and uniting the newly combined teams drawn from multiple divisions around a common vision for the future direction of the portfolio of digital product. This work reflects our focus on co-design, alignment and creating practical operating models that enable innovation.
Operating Model Co-design
As a lead consultant, Jane worked with Qantas Direct Digital to co-design an operating model, adopting agile and customer-centric principles to support light-weight governance, cutting red-tape and fostering innovation.

Technology, Data & AI Strategy and Governance
Led the development of a five-year enterprise Technology, Data & AI strategy and reshaped governance to support safe, effective innovation across a large, complex and highly regulated organisation.
This work involved balancing risk, operational realities and regulatory requirements with the need to modernise platforms, introduce new capabilities, and enable more confident experimentation with emerging technologies.
