Under Jane's stewardship, Leap in! grew in 5 years from a greenfield startup to Australia's largest NFP plan manager. Architecture Co-design
As a lead consultant, Jane worked with the ABC's Digital Networks to co-design a reference architecture and an agreed way of working, adopting agile principles and uniting the newly combined teams drawn from multiple divisions around a common vision for the future direction of the portfolio of digital product
