SERVICES

Services

Ethical Systems review your projects or tech function, provide insights, actionable advice, and hands on support for your improvement and innovation initiatives.  We tailor the nature of support that meets your needs, dipping into our toolbox of tried and true approaches.

Across all of our services, we work with your stakeholders to build a shared understanding of your current state and context, and co-design for the future.   We simplify, focus and prioritise, without glossing over genuine complexity, and provide strategic and tactical action plans.

Branches of a tree that look strong, but the fungi growing from it reveal the extent of its decay.

Health Check

Your tech investment isn’t returning what you expected?  The project or program of work is dragging on? Business benefits aren’t being achieved? You’re just not getting the uptake you anticipated?

As a board or business leader, you need answers. Is it a train smash?  Do we keep going?  And who can we ask that won’t recommend themselves as the solution, with a hefty price tag?

Or do you just need assurance that you're secure, you can scale, and you're on track?

Technology Due Diligence

You’re considering investing in that company, but a big part of its valuation rests on its technology assets and capabilities. You’re investment specialists, not technology specialists.  How can you be confident that the deal stacks up?  Is there hidden tech debt?  Can it really scale?  Is it secure?  Are the reported costs to serve sustainable?  What are the risks?

Assurance

You have a critical initiative or investment that you simply cannot afford to go off the rails.  Or you have a project that is already looking a little bit wobbly.  Risks and issues are mounting up.  Delays, budget stretch, scope creep.  Stakeholder dissatisfaction.  Any of these warning signs may indicate the need for a steady hand to monitor and support.  Someone who isn't overwhelmed with the day to day pressures and can keep an objective view.  Someone who can give practical advice and pull all of the stakeholders together despite the challenges they face.
